I'm writing to urge you, as a decision-maker on transportation issues, to move forward without delay on a comprehensive transportation system for Central Texas, including new roads and lanes, passenger rail, and mass transit. With 500 new cars on Austin-area roads every week, we can't afford any more arguing and stalling about transportation. We need to take on traffic.
